Our authenticity promise
Every fragrance sold by Roza is 100% authentic. Here's exactly what that means and how we back it.
Where our stock comes from
We buy only from authorised distributors and official channels. We do not buy from unverified resellers, marketplace lots, or anyone who can't document where a shipment came from.
What we check on arrival
Every unit is inspected before it's listed:
- Batch code present on both the box and the bottle, and matching
- Factory cellophane intact and correctly sealed
- Cap fit, sprayer alignment, glass and label quality
- Juice colour against a verified reference
Anything that fails is returned to the supplier. It never reaches the store.
What you receive
The bottle in your order is the bottle in the photos — same batch, same condition, sealed. We don't photograph one unit and ship another.
If you have any doubt
Contact us within 14 days with your order number. If you believe something isn't right, we'll arrange collection at our cost and refund you in full — no debate, no restocking fee. We would rather refund you than argue about it.
What we don't sell
No dupes, no "inspired by" oils, no decants of unverified stock, no testers sold as retail units. If we ever list a tester, it will say Tester in the title and the price will reflect it.
