Processing
Orders placed before 4 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on Friday, go out the next working day.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours of that email, check your spam folder, then message us.
Delivery attempts
Our courier will call you before delivery and will try twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel comes back to us and we'll contact you to arrange a redelivery. Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout — it's the single most common reason an order is delayed.
Cash on delivery
Available nationwide at no extra charge. Please have the exact amount ready; couriers often can't give change.
Packaging
Every order ships sealed and padded. Glass is fragile and heat is real — we pack accordingly, and we don't leave parcels in vehicles overnight.
