How long does delivery take?

1–2 working days in Cairo and Giza, 2–3 in Alexandria, the Delta and the Canal cities, 3–4 in Upper Egypt, and 3–5 in Sinai, the Red Sea and Matrouh. Orders placed before 4 PM ship the same day.

How much is delivery?

EGP 100 for Cairo and Giza, 130 for Alexandria, the Delta and the Canal cities, 150 for Upper Egypt, and 170 for Sharm, Hurghada, Matrouh and North Sinai. Full table on our shipping page.

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery, in every governorate, with no extra fee. Please have the exact amount ready — couriers often cannot give change. Card payment is coming soon.

Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. Every unit is checked on arrival before it's listed. If you ever have a doubt, contact us within 14 days and we'll collect the bottle at our cost and refund you in full. Full details on our authenticity page.

What does "Tester" or "Without Box" mean?

The same fragrance, sold without its retail outer box — which is why it costs less. The bottle and the juice are identical. These items are clearly labelled in the product title and are sold as-is.

Can I try a fragrance before buying a full bottle?

Yes — that's what our sample sets are for. Pick any three 2 ml sprays for EGP 250, and we'll take the full 250 off your next full-bottle order.

What's the difference between EDT, EDP and Extrait?

It's the concentration of fragrance oil. Eau de Toilette is roughly 5–15% and lasts 3–5 hours. Eau de Parfum is 15–20% and lasts 6–8. Extrait or Parfum is 20–40% and can run past 10 hours, but sits much closer to the skin. Stronger isn't automatically better — it's about how you want to wear it.

How long will a fragrance last on me?

Your skin matters as much as the juice: dry skin holds scent for less time than oily skin, and heat makes everything project harder and fade faster. Apply after a shower, on slightly damp skin, and don't rub your wrists together.

Which fragrance works in Egyptian summer?

Lighter concentrations and fresh, citrus or aquatic families. Heavy ambers and ouds are beautiful, but in 38°C they become overwhelming. Browse Fresh & Citrus and look for EDT.

Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the smell?

Only if it's still sealed and within 14 days. Once it's opened we can't resell it, so we can't take it back — which is exactly why we sell samples for EGP 250.
