This website is operated by Roza Perfumes, based in Egypt. By visiting our site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We make every effort to display product colours, packaging and volumes accurately, but screens vary and packaging is occasionally updated by manufacturers. Items labelled Tester or Without Box are sold without retail outer packaging and are priced accordingly.

4. Pricing and availability

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and issue a full refund for that item.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where we suspect fraud, where the delivery address is incomplete, or where an item is out of stock. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

We accept card payments, bank transfer, InstaPay, and cash on delivery. Cash-on-delivery orders must be paid in full to the courier at the time of delivery.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for courier delays caused by weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

8. Returns

Our return and refund policy forms part of these terms. Please read it before ordering.

9. Use of fragrance products

Fragrances are for external use only. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin, keep away from eyes, and keep out of reach of children. If irritation occurs, stop using the product. Store away from direct heat and sunlight. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, review the ingredient list before use.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site belongs to Roza Perfumes or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party brand names and trade marks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
