We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. Cash on delivery is available everywhere at no extra charge.

Alexandria — EGP 130 — 2-3 working days
Delta (Beheira, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, Kafr el-Sheikh, Qalyubia, Monufia, Sharqia) — EGP 130 — 2-3 working days
Canal (Ismailia, Port Said, Suez) — EGP 130 — 2-3 working days
Upper Egypt (Aswan, Asyut, Beni Suef, Faiyum, Luxor, Minya, Qena, Sohag, New Valley) — EGP 150 — 3-4 working days
Sharm el-Sheikh and South Sinai — EGP 170 — 3-5 working days
Hurghada and Red Sea — EGP 170 — 3-5 working days

Processing

Orders placed before 4 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM, or on Friday, go out the next working day.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery attempts

Our courier attempts delivery twice and will call you beforehand. Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout. An incorrect number is the most common cause of delay. If both attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
